Dr. Ann Louise Gittleman

Dr. Ann Louise Gittleman is a weight-loss/detox expert, author, spokesperson, and natural foods icon who has always been a trendsetter. Highly respected as a health pioneer and an award-winning author of 30 books, she revolutionized weight loss in her New York Times bestseller The Fat Flush Plan.

Ann Louise was recognized as one of the top 10 nutritionists in the country by Self magazine and was the recipient of the American Medical Writers Association award for excellence. Ann Louise’s credentials include a Dietetic Technician Certification from the New York Institute of Dietetics in New York City.
