Protein Protein Protein

Woof… another day at the gym! Like myself, I’m sure you’ve frequently overheard a hulk-sized trainer wearing a gaping muscle tee and backwards hat turn to his buddy and say, “It’s all about protein shakes bro.”

The problem with many protein shakes is that they contain synthetic chemicals, artificial colors and sweeteners, soy, high sodium content and additives to extend shelf life. Consuming these toxins over an extended period of time can lead to a series of health issues.

Make your own shake instead!

Raw Cacao Hemp Shake

Here’s how to make a healthy, delicious shake that will give you the amino acids you need to have the Jesus abs you’ve always wanted!

Ingredients:

* 2 Cups of Organic Almond Milk
(Don’t use soy milk. It is genetically modified, depresses our thyroid and is filled with phytoestrogens that can give you hormonal complications to make you act like a total pussy.)
* 1 Banana
* 1 Tablespoon of Hemp Seeds
* 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
* ½ Tablespoon of Nutmeg
* 1 Tablespoon of cinnamon
* 1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao Powder
* Ice

Directions:

First Step. While making a Hemp Shake, put on some Bob Marley and light some incense. Then place all the ingredients in the blender and mix till smooth. You can add some ice if you like your shake nice and cold. Then pour in a glass, sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on the top and enjoy!

“love the life you live.
 live the life you love.”
