Sharing is caring!

I’ve been struggling with painful UTI symptoms on and off for the past 16 years, and for the first time ever I was able to reverse my painful urinary tract infection with a non-antibiotic alternative! I am still in wonderment and gratitude! Thank Goddess I packed a small tub of our 3rd Rashblock for my travels across Central America.

3rd Rock Rashblock contains silver, an ancient healing secret that was wiped off the medicinal map after antibiotics – specifically penicillin – were discovered in the early 20th century and patented by Big Pharma. The reason was simple: you can’t patent silver in its natural form. The age of antibiotics buried the legend of silver. But now in the wake of the very real antibiotic epidemic we are facing, we need surefire options.

Silver kills all strains equally and does not compromise your immune system unlike antibiotics. There are numerous studies confirming silver’s powerful germ-killing properties.  The product is essentially a food-grade replacement for Neosporin, a household name that actually hurts more than heals.

Once I learned about rashblock, I began to study the power of silver in healing. Read these 10 Ways To Use Silver’s Amazing Healing Abilities to really understand the potential. I’ve since upgraded to using  high-quality colloidal silver internally to prevent UTI  and UTI symptoms from ever appearing again. I haven’t gotten sick since, with UTI, UTI symptoms, flu, or any other infections. I’ve never used antibiotics again!  Silver Healer is solution we represent because it’s the best, portable solution to create your own high-quality colloidal silver where ever you are, at the cost of distilled water! It’s a thorough solution for your entire health, while Rashblock is a topical ointment to treat localized infections.

UTI Symptoms

We first discovered the limitless potential of silver when in a moment of panic our HoneColony cofounder smeared Rashblock on a very painful jellyfish sting. The healing effect was almost immediate. That how we began our journey to research and discover the amazing benefits of silver.

While journeying through Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica to study permaculture, I’ve lent out Rashblock to tame the itchiness of mosquito bites, help a friend recover from a Scorpio sting, squelch a bad pimple, cure a cold sore, and help heal a bad motorcycle-related burn.

In the past to avoid antibiotics I have drank copious amounts of cranberry juice, swallowed a handful of supplements, tested a  friend’s alternative-therapy high-frequency Rife machine, and paid hundreds of dollars for IV ozone treatments that I was told would kill the bacteria.

All of this in combination did all keep the blood in my urine at bay (meaning it didn’t climb up to my kidneys) but the infection still persisted.

Select Silver: “Ore” Else!

Today, the world is experiencing a very real antibiotic resistance epidemic, where drug-resistant superbugs could literally spell our end. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, roughly two million Americans develop antibiotic-resistant infections each year, resulting in at least 23,000 deaths while two million more fall ill.

I took a round of antibiotics for pneumonia years ago and instead of killing the infection, it spread to the other lung. They then had to put me on intravenous antibiotics, which screwed up my system for a year.

This from the World Health Organization: “Far from being an apocalyptic fantasy,” an era of modern health care without antibiotics “is instead a very real possibility for the 21st century.”

That means one day soon a simple cold could kill you.

During the Golden Age of Antibiotics (from 1940 through 1960), germs couldn’t catch up with the new variations. But that was short-lived. Antibiotics have only existed since the 20th century, whereas bacteria have been around for millions of years. They’re smart buggers.

Another contributing factor to antibiotic resistance is that doctors prescribe them like candy— and often for viral diseases that can’t even be cured with bacteria-killing drugs. What’s up Doc? Yeah, and it seems that as the’yre about ready to clock out for the day, they get trigger happy and are even more likely to prescribe meds.

Meanwhile in the early 50s, the FDA approved their use in animal feed, based on studies showing they helped chickens, pigs, and livestock put on extra weight.  In addition to making animals grow faster, they’re used preventatively to compensate for overcrowded and unsanitary conditions. Nice.

Because of this very real epidemic, Obama has finally responded with 2016 budget proposal, allocating $1.2 billion toward initiatives to fight antibiotic resistance, including more than $300 million for improving antibiotic stewardship in both health care and agriculture.

UTI Symptoms

UTI Symptoms: Peeing in Pain

Urinary tract infections are the second most common type of infections in the body, accounting for about 8.1 million visits to health care providers each year in the United States. Direct cost of treatment is estimated at $1.6 billion yearly. Because most UTIs and UTI symptoms are caused by bacteria, the go-to treatment are antibiotics or antimicrobials. UTIs if left untreated, could result in septicemia, which could lead to death.

Women are especially prone to UTIs for anatomical reasons. One factor is that a woman’s urethra is shorter, allowing bacteria quicker access to the bladder. Also, a woman’s urethral opening is near sources of bacteria from the anus and vagina.

Most UTIs are caused by bacteria that live in the bowel. The bacterium Escherichia coli (E. coli) causes the vast majority of UTIs although Staphylococcus Saprophyticus, which is what I’ve had, causes 10-20 percent of urinary tract infections. Most cases of the latter occur within 24 hours of sex, earning this infection the nickname “honeymoon cystitis.” Saprophyticus has the capacity to selectively adhere to human urothelium.

“A three-fold increase has been reported in the prevalence of extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL) producing E. Coli in hospitalized patients with UTI’s over approximately a decade from 2000 to 2009,” ** says Dr. Mamta M Mamik, Assistant Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Science at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York.

Hot climates as found in Central America can increase your chances. And now humans can even get a UTI from eating conventional chicken and eggs because of the overuse of antibiotics they pump poultry with. Not surprisingly, superbugs are now pervasive in the meat Americans, reports the Environmental Working Group.

Meanwhile, recurrences are common. Meaning about 20 percent of young women with a first UTI will have a recurrent infection. Some women have three or more UTIs a year.  That’s me. The risk factors include female anatomy, sexual intercourse, and family history (my grandma’s UTIs were legendary).

Anti UTI Regiment

If you are a sufferer, Western health care providers may likely tell you to take an antibiotic daily for six months or longer!! Or, for you to take a single dose of an antibiotic after sexual intercourse. That’s what my gynecologist wanted to do with me. She also suggested I take the antibiotic  methenamine, which basically turns your pee into formaldehyde so that nothing can live in it.

That is all MADNESS given the epidemic we are facing and in my opinion, completely myopic and irresponsible.

There are natural things you can do to prevent a UTI and decrease UTI symptoms like drinking cranberry juice, which is used to thwart the adherence of this type of bacteria to the urinary tract wall. But keep in mind that once the bacteria have latched on and infection sets in, there is not much more the juice can do, according to a recent report.

Here are some other things that I do to keep my UTI symptoms at bay (unfortunately while traveling these aren’t always as easy to follow):

  • Drink plenty of water before and after sex
  • Urinary flow is usually stronger and easier when women squat to urinate. My Squatty Potty allows me to empty my  bladder more completely rather than sitting or “hovering”. Squatting can also help reduce episodes of urinary tract infections in both frequency and intensity.
  • Urinate when the need arises and never hold it in.
  • Soak in Epsom salts post-coitus.
  • Take  Vibrant Health that includes the herbs Uva Ursi, D-mannose, horsetail, and dandelion after sex. These herbs create acidity in the urethra, helping detox the body and preventing bacteria from sticking to the bladder wall.
  • Regularly drink high-quality colloidal silver with Silver Healer or if you don’t want a DIY solution, the more portable chelated silver solution,  Silver Excelsior.

Simply Transformative’s mission is to counteract this plight by identifying natural alternatives to over-the-counter antibacterial agents that contain antibiotics. We do not want to add to antibiotic resistance.
